In Store Service & Repair

Our in Store service and repair is available during our daily business hours.  For most software issues you can expect a 24 hour turn around.  Hardware repair turn around is subject to parts availability.

On Site Service & Repair

Unlike other local companies that only operate 9am – 5pm we take a different approach, we offer in home, on site service  from 5:30PM – 9:00PM throughout the week and 8:00AM – 9:00PM on the weekends.

Fine Print

Minimum charge: 1 hour
Other services negotiated on a client by client basis
1. Includes software install, virus removal, system cleanup, system optimization, ram upgrade, video card upgrade, harddrive upgrade.
2. Recovery of Mac and Windows User Data Only (Please note that recovery is not always possible).
